SunGard Treasury Systems Acquires ICMS International
The volume of financial transactions and the complexity and diversity of financial alternatives available has created the need for more sophisticated, integrated systems solutions. The products and operations of ICMS will be combined into SunGard Treasury Systems, which was recently formed by the operational merger of the ResourceIQ division of ADS Associates, Inc. and Multinational Computer Models, Inc.
