Former Merrin Financial Inc. Chief Operating Officer Joins NeoVision Hypersystems

David R. Nelson joins as the company’s Chief Financial Officer David R. Nelson, a former Merrin Financial Inc. Chief Operating Officer, has joined NeoVision Hypersystems as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Nelson 40, is responsible for overseeing the company’s finance and accounting, human resources, and administrative duties. Prior to joining NeoVision, Mr. Nelson served as the Chief Operating Officer for Merrin Financial Inc., an institutional trade order management software company. He was responsible for managing staff in the areas of product management, development, quality assurance, release management, as well as installation services. Mr. Nelson also was the Chief Financial Officer when he first joined the company. Mr. Nelson received a graduate degree in international management from American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1982, an MBA in finance and accounting from Southern Methodist University in 1981, and a BA in economics from Kalamazoo College.
