Karwoski Joins XRT-CERG Finance America as Senior Counsel
Richard J. Karwoski, Jr. Esq., 37, recently joined XRT-CERG Finance America as senior counsel. He is responsible for providing legal counsel for all corporate matters. Karwoski comes to XRT-CERG from a small law firm in Philadelphia, where he served as managing attorney. Karwoski earned bachelor’s degrees in education and accounting, and a juris doctor from Widner University, Wilmington, Del. He also received master’s degrees in law (LL.M) in the areas of taxation and trial advocacy from Villanova University, Villanova and Temple University, Philadelphia, respectively.
