Credit Suisse First Boston re-enters the Euro Commercial Paper market

Through the formation of the Short Term Products GroupCredit Suisse First Boston is pleased to announce its re-entry into the Euro Commercial Paper (ECP) market . This move reflects Credit Suisse First Boston’s vision towards expanding the Firm’s client coverage footprint in Debt Capital Markets while enhancing its global, new issue and secondary trading and distribution activities. In conjunction with this strategic initiative, Andy Jones will be joining the Firm on June 28 as Director and Head of Short Term Trading. Reporting to Andy will be a Jonathan Eyles and Colin Murphy, and Rebecca Bishop, who together will oversee issuer coverage and distribution of short-term products. Andy and his team join CSFB from the Barclays Capital Trading Group. The Group’s London-based trading and distribution activities will report to Eraj Shirvani, Director and Head of European Credit Trading. Global origination efforts will be run by Rab Ker, Director and Head of Short and Medium Term Finance.
