Citibank Receives Check Processing Service Mandate from The Hong Kong Housing Authority
Under the appointment, Citibank will assist the Housing Authority in handling check payment needs. The bank will provide the check payment service through its Paylink system, offering straight-through processing service from transaction preparation to check distribution. The mandate was awarded following an extensive tender exercise to select a cash management bank that possesses the best capability in processing capacity, system security, and service delivery.
