Deutsche Bank appoints James Zeigon CEO of Global Institutional Services

Deutsche Bank announced the appointment of James Zeigon as a Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Global Institutional Services, effective April 3. Zeigon will be based in New York and will oversee the firm’s transaction services products that are delivered to more than 6,000 clients throughout the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. These products include global cash management, custody services, securities services and corporate trust and agency services. Zeigon joins Deutsche Bank after 23 years with Chase Manhattan Corporation where he was most recently a senior managing director and head of Chase Global Services, the bank’s information and transaction service organisation. In addition, he held several management positions at Citicorp from 1970 to 1976 and worked for Grumman Aerospace Corporation from 1969 to 1970. Zeigon holds an MBA from Adelphi University and a BBA from Hofstra University.
