Hartsema Joins Selkirk Financial Technologies
Selkirk Financial Technologies Inc., developer of leading liquidity and treasury management systems and eCommerce solutions, announced the appointment of Douglas G. Hartsema as vice-president of strategic development. In this capacity, Hartsema will be responsible for developing strategic relationships with financial service providers. These partnerships will enable financial institutions to leverage Selkirk’s web-based treasury technology to supplement their cash management product lines for middle-market clients. Formerly the head of Wachovia’s Treasury Services Group, Hartsema was instrumental in the development of AssistantTreasurer.com, a web-based outsourcing service that marries Wachovia’s treasury management expertise with Selkirk’s web-based treasury technology.
