Appointment at British American Tobacco

British American Tobacco announces the appointment of Annette Owen as Global Cash & Banking Manager, effective 11 June 2001. This is a new position in the Central Treasury based in London, with the key objective of effectively managing the cash resources across the Group. Annette has extensive banking experience, gained from working in the cash management functions at the Bank of America and HSBC. She also worked at BP Finance where she gained an in-depth understanding of the demands of global corporate treasury. Latterly, Annette worked with a major treasury systems supplier, helping drive their e-business initiatives. Annette is based within the Central Treasury at British American Tobacco’s offices at Globe House.
