alterna Appoints Colin Cohen CFO
Colin joins alterna from OneSoft Corporation, the e-commerce software company, where he was Senior Vice President and CFO. Prior to OneSoft, Colin served from 1996 to 2000 as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and CFO with The Fairchild Corporation, the multi-product international aerospace manufacturing company. From 1986 to 1996, Colin was Managing Director, Region Head with Citicorp Securities, Inc., the primary Citigroup investment banking vehicle. Colin holds an MA in Law and Economics and a BA from Cambridge University.
