Bottomline Launches i-Point WebSeries

i-Point WebSeries has been developed to enable visibility of payment automation across an enterprise in order to consolidate and streamline an organisation’s payment operations, regardless of where signatories are located. This increased visibility and ease of authorisation enables cash critical processes to be simplified, streamlining complicated authorisation procedures and enabling remote management of the process without any loss of control. The electronic manual payment option also enables the removal of manual cheque books, and time consuming reconciliation and control procedures. Security features include: the latest and most secure encryption software; tiered ID and password structure control; each organisation’s password, security and authorisation path can be tailored to their specific requirements and process needs. Individuals can be given various levels of access, achieved through their password to limit access only to the appropriate level of information and operational function
