Dresdner RCM Global Investors Selects SmartStream for ETC

Dresdner RCM Global Investors (UK) Ltd. has selected SmartStream Technologies ETC, the company’s recently released Electronic Trade Confirmations module, as part of Dresdner Bank’s asset management business, manages and advises over 70 billion Euros. SmartStream ETC will be deployed in Dresdner RCM’s London office to handle the electronic confirmation of equity trades. It will form a fundamental component of the organisation’s STP architecture, to ensure automated trade processing from order placement through to execution, matching, confirmation and settlement, ending with cash and stock reconciliations. In building this architecture Dresdner RCM was looking for functionally rich, scalable solutions that could be easily integrated to allow it to manage increased trade volumes with greater efficiency.
