Fundtech Plays Major Role in CLS Bank Live Trials

Fundtech Ltd., a provider of global electronic payments, settlement and cash management solutions, announced that three of their solutions – PAYplus for CLS(TM), PAYplus USA(TM) and SICigt(TM) – were part of the live, end-to-end trials for CLS Bank International. These trials represent a milestone step towards making the CLS service available to the foreign exchange market. ‘The end-to-end trials with real instructions for payment is a significant event for CLS, its shareholder banks, and Fundtech,’ said Joseph Mazzetti, Executive Vice President. ‘Fundtech has committed significant resources to the success of CLS and we are providing our solution to a total of 18 banks.
