Wausau Technology Used To Upgrade Mellon Lockbox Solutions
Mellon Global Cash Management (GCM) is teaming with Wausau Financial Systems (WFS) to update and enhance its payment processing solutions with the implementation of the Wausau ImageRPS system at Mellon’s retail lockbox sites in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Pittsburgh. The high-speed Wausau ImageRPS system will enable customers to transition to a broader use of data capture, image capture, and archival retrieval for their posting solutions. Additionally, the platform allows Mellon GCM’s retail lockbox operations to streamline the processing workflow, enhance quality, and increase remittance-processing capacity throughout the entire Mellon GCM lockbox network.
