Principia Partners LLC, a provider of front-to-back office systems for global capital markets, has appointed Dr. Anil Vijayan, a leading derivatives, risk and accounting systems specialist, to boost client services capabilities and product implementation for the Principia System worldwide. Anil brings extensive project management experience to Principia Partners from technology and analytics roles at investment banking, consulting and software firms. He has broad expertise in cross-asset derivative products, trading and risk management process and methodology, and the FAS133 and IAS 39 accounting standards. Anil will play a principal role in shaping the company’s FAS133/IAS39 derivatives accounting product strategy. In this capacity, he will help develop best practices and product functionality required to comply with the evolving accounting standards.
