New Online Project Hosting Service For Investment Banking Transactions

StreamVPN has launched a secure, online project hosting space designed specifically for the execution of investment banking deals such as financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other capital markets transactions. According to StreamVPN, the Stream Deal Network significantly reduces the time and cost of completing multi-party, document intensive deals for corporates, private equity firms and their advisors. The Stream Deal Network is an internet-based solution which does not require software or hardware installation at the client site. The new service facilitates the exchange of encrypted documents, email, instant and voice messages over a secure virtual private network. Flexible permission settings allow the project leader to customise the hosting space so that each team member can view and edit only the information relevant to their specific role in the transaction. Simon Merchant, CEO of StreamVPN, commented, ‘Stream Deal Network expands our service offering from the ongoing management of investment banking relationships with our flagship Relationship Network service, to the transaction execution phase.’
