Bank BPH PBK Goes Live with City Networks Exception Processing

City Networks has announced that Bank BPH PBK has gone live with its CityNet Exception Processing (TIPS) module. Owned by the HVB Group, the Polish bank has now integrated the new exception processing module with their existing CityNet Cash Reconciliation (CARS) module in order to investigate and workflow treasury back office exceptions. The system is now being used by three teams in the Bank’s head office in Kracow. Bank BPH PBK is expecting to see a significant reduction in paper usage as before this automation all investigations were kept on paper. The will also have easy access to the history of exceptions and a detailed audit of activities for each case, which will avoid double investigations.
