SunGard, CheckFree to Develop Separate Reconciliation Tools
SunGard eProcess Intelligence and CheckFree Financial and Compliance Solutions (CFACS) have redefined their mutual distribution and marketing relationship for their reconciliation and exception processing solutions. The two organisations will separately develop their reconciliation offerings. With the new agreement, SunGard eProcess Intelligence will acquire joint intellectual property rights to CheckFree RECON Plus for Windows source code, which it currently distributes and markets as intelliMATCH.
