Deutsche Bank Launches Outsourcing Solution for European Cheque Business

Deutsche Bank Global Cash Management (GCM) has launched db-cheque as an outsourcing service for corporates’ cheque payments in Europe. db-cheque supports a global paper-based payment service and enables Deutsche Bank customers to streamline their cheque generation business worldwide, according to the organisation. GCM noted that db-cheque would also expand the range of products delivered through db-worldPAS, the Bank’s solution for global payment and collection transaction processing. Andrew England, Head of Product Management at Deutsche Bank, GCM, commented: ‘dbcheque offers corporates multiple benefits in the global payment delivery service. First and foremost, the direct costs for maintaining technical equipment and expenses associated with a decentralised account structure can be reduced.’ Separately, Bosch and Siemens Hausgeräte GmbH (BSH) have mandated Deutsche Bank Global Cash Management as their global electronic bill presentment and payment (EBPP) provider.
