National City Takes Check Management Services Online
National City has launched a Web-based Check Management service to improve payables management. With the integrated system, National City’s customers will be able to carry out a variety of functions, including positive pay, check inquiries, origination and cancellation of stop payments, and submission of check issue data, via the Internet, according to the company. Benefits of the Check Management suite include increased cost savings through improved productivity, ease-of-use and accessibility by a wider range of employees, said National City.
