Trema Boost Product Suite with Alterna Acquisition
Alterna Technologies Group has been acquired by Trema in a deal which includes all assets, copyrights and intellectual property of Alterna. The Alterna liquidity management platform will be integrated into Trema’s treasury, risk, cash and asset management product suite. The new software product suite will offer corporations and financial institutions the ability to integrate and manage cash, trading and liquidity information and enhanced management reporting and control.
