Steria and Simplex Launch SWIFT Service Bureau

A new service bureau has been launched by systems integrator Simplex Consulting and Steria, an IT services provider, to help UK financial institutions better manage their SWIFT operations. Steria noted that the bureau provides financial institutions with a facility for the external management of their SWIFT operations, regardless of whether they already have access to the SWIFT network. It also opens up the opportunity for the financial institutions to offer their key corporate clients SWIFT connectivity via closed user groups. The Simplex Steria Service Bureau will enable access to the SWIFT network, disaster recovery services and 24/7 access to technical and support services, said Steria.
