ING Bank Slaski Selects City Networks for Reconciliation and Investigation
Poland-based ING Bank Slaski has selected City Networks’ CityNet Reconciliation and CityNet Investigation for implementation at its Warsaw and Katowice locations. The modules of CityNet Reconciliation will be used to settle the bank’s nostro, internal and intra-day account transactions. CityNet Investigation will automate the handling of any exceptions resulting from the reconciliations process reducing the need for manual intervention, said City Networks. The bank previously performed its investigations using a packaged reconciliation software solution supplemented with manual process steps.
