Credit Derivatives Module launched by Wall Street Systems

Wall Street Systems has launched a credit derivatives module and Structured Products Framework for creating, tailoring and auditing structured products. The credit derivatives module – available either as a stand-alone solution, or as part of The Wall Street System treasury and capital markets solution – supports diverse credit derivatives, including total return swaps, credit linked notes and credit default swaps with support for both single names or baskets. Traders using the new credit derivatives module are equipped with pricing, deal capture, trade structuring, trade valuation and risk management capabilities, as well as the tools to tailor products to meet client needs. The Structured Products Framework (SPF) brings together support for interest rate and credit derivatives, and will, said the company, enable banks to create, price, process and risk manage new deal structures using their own models and software.
