SunGard and Trintech Join Forces to Supply Cash Management Data

Trintech has formed a strategic alliance with SunGard Treasury Systems that will see Trintech’s DataFlow data network provide SunGard clients with access to electronic daily balance transaction and balance statements from North American banks. The integration of SunGard’s AvantGard-ETX secure messaging network and Trintech’s DataFlow data network will expand the availability of bank data to SunGard Treasury Systems’ clients, enabling improved cash management of their available funds, said Trintech. The DataFlow network service will collect account data directly from SunGard Treasury Systems’ client banks, validate the integrity of transaction and balance data, standardize the format and integrate it as a single message for import into a client’s AvantGard solution, said the software provider.
