Alterna Acquisition Bears Fruit for Trema
Trema has unveiled version 6.5 of its cash and treasury management product suite. The latest version integrates the recently acquired Alterna’s cash management product with Trema’s treasury and asset management functionality. ‘By facilitating tight integration with ERP systems, interfacing with external banking counterparties and deploying web-based tools, the solution delivers financial resource planning, management and control from the subsidiary level through to central treasury,’ said Trema. The solution will also provide tighter control and auditability of treasury-related financial processes in a bid to support compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, added the company.
