BoA Announces Asia Debt Management Team

A new Asia debt management team has been created by Bank of America, Asia, to spearhead growth in the region. The team will include: John Liles, Managing Director and Head of Debt Capital Raising, Asia; Alvin Chua, Managing Director and Head of Institutional Sales, Asia; Edwin Png, Managing Director and Head of Debt Markets, Japan and Greater China; and Scott Jung, Managing Director and Head of Debt Markets, Korea and South Asia. Commenting on the announcement, Colm McCarthy, President, Bank of America, Asia, said: ‘Our Asia strategy is to leverage the capabilities of our US and European platforms to deliver strategic advantage to our clients. This team will provide an interface with our global product teams and accelerate the success we’ve had with capital raising products as well as with more structured solutions.’
