Release 4.1 Brings New Functionality to Wall Street Systems' Treasury Platform

Wall Street Systems (WSS) has updated its treasury and capital markets solution with Release 4.1. The update incorporates major functional developments for front office sales and trading activities, new risk management capabilities and further enhancements to its back office functionality, said the company. Release 4.1 supports Oracle 9i, HP Integrity, Solaris 9 and Linux, while new software control and maintenance systems have also been included. The company has also gone live with a collateral management module. The solution is intended to allow banks to extend their trading relationships with customers and to trade with institutions that would not necessarily meet the criteria for a credit line, said the company.
