Reuters Dealing 3000 to Host SuperDerivatives' SD-FX Helpdesk
SuperDerivatives is to make the helpdesk function of its SD-FX platform available via Reuters Dealing 3000. The new facility will be available from June to all SD-FX users with access to a Reuters’ terminal. The company believes that making the helpdesk available on Reuters will prove particularly useful to its non-English speaking clients who will be able to submit queries in the same way that they currently request quotes from counterparties.
