American Century Adopts JPMorgan's Express Message Management
Investment manager American Century Investments has gone live with JPMorgan’s message management product JPMorgan Message Express. It is the first client to use the service. Wayne McCoach, custody operations manager at American Century said: ‘JPMorgan Investor Services was a natural partner for us because of the full range of securities services and industry expertise they provide.’ The product provides financial institutions with links to industry messaging utilities without the technology costs associated with multiple and changing requirements of industry and counter-party standards. It offers integrated end-to-end, pre- and post-trade straight-through processing solutions with multiple link capabilities.
