Voice Technology Launched to Integrate and Communicate Verbal Deals
S1 Corporation and its subsidiary Edify Corporation, a global supplier of voice and speech technology, have launched S1 Enterprise Voice (powered by Edify). The product is part of the recent release of S1 Enterprise 3.0. It has nine major applications, including voice, branch, call centre and Internet solutions, on a common platform and integrates and communicates customer information and transactions. According to Celent Communications, a research firm, 20 per cent of all bank transactions in 2004 have taken place by phone.
