Nordea Automates Investigations with PegaSystems Software

PegaSystems has announced that its business process management software had been chosen by Nordea, the northern European bank. The initial phase of the program will roll out PegaBANKING Smart Investigate to four of Nordea’s payment processing areas in Helsinki, Copenhagen, Oslo and Stockholm. Additional projects within global operational services, such as Treasury and Custody, will also be reviewed, with the goal of further enhancing operational processes across the entire organization, the software company said. Pegasystems has also launched a business process management service called SmartBPM Suite. The company said the suite would let organisations capitalise on the full potential of process management – allowing them to model, simulate, execute, monitor and analyse the results of their critical business practices and processes.
