Renault France Automobiles chooses Automated Accounting Process
SWT’s b-Wize Invoice solution has been chosen by Renault France Automobiles (RFA), a subsidiary of Renault sales and service in France. The SWT product was chosen to automatically process and manage over 700,000 invoices per annum and to transfer data into Renault’s SAP management system. The system will reduce manual invoice collection tasks, will allow for e-transfer of invoice data into the SAP management system and will use workflow technology to improve the handling of discrepancies and optimise the accounting validation cycle. The system allows for digital images of documents to be accessed immediately from a document management and archiving system.
