Fundtech Adds Communications Module to Payments System
Fundtech has rolled out the PAYplus Notifications Alerts and Broadcast Module, an addition to its payments system, PAYplus USA. According to the company, the new module sends information to bank personnel and customers helping reduce processing time and improve customer service. This comprehensive monitoring and reporting tool enables banks to adhere to customer SLA agreements and addresses regulatory requirements by identifying and resolving processing issues. Messages are customizable and can be sent to an email address, mobile phone or pager.
