Bank of America Names New Head of Global Large Corporate Treasury Team

Bank of America has named Lewis Warren Jr. as the new Global Large Corporate Treasury Executive, with responsibility for serving the treasury and liquidity management needs of companies with annual revenues of over US$2bn. The group also manages all treasury business outside the US. Warren will be based in New York and will report to Catherine P. Bessant, president of Global Treasury Services. Warren joined Bank of America in 2006 as deputy head of Global Investment Banking, reporting to Brian Brille, global head of Investment Banking. Warren’s responsibilities included strategic business planning, senior operational business management and client processes for GIB.
