American Express Business Travel Introduces Next Generation Management Information Reporting Solution

American Express Business Travel has unveiled its new Web-based management information (MI) data reporting solution, AXIS @ Work. It has also introduced a new management information practice area within its advisory services group. AXIS @ Work draws in and unifies information from more than 60 critical global business markets to present corporate travel purchasers and managers with centralised, online access to the comprehensive data resulting from their firms’ business expenditures. The new solution builds on and advances its predecessor with enhanced user navigation and MI reporting capabilities such as dashboards featuring key indicators and customisable reports to suit unique needs. AXIS @ Work, will be made available globally and rolled-out over the coming months. Further capabilities are anticipated such as for meetings management and environmental reporting. The eco-reporting facet, for example, envisions carbon footprint and emissions calculation for air, rail and car travel.
