Carphone Warehouse Selects Bottomline's Automated Solution

The Carphone Warehouse has expanded its implementation of Bottomline’s document process automation solution. This additional purchase will enable the company to streamline the composition and distribution of transactional documents including contracts and invoices across its retail locations. The Carphone Warehouse operates more than 3,000 stores in 10 countries. The solution is designed to improve the efficiency of business processes that rely heavily on transactional documents. Through the composition, routing, delivery and storage of paper or electronic transactional documents, Bottomline says that organisations can operate and interact with customers and suppliers more cost-effectively. Integrating with enterprise resource planning systems, the solution allows organisations to deliver these electronic documents across multiple communication channels such as fax, email, print or the Web.
