Infonic Appoints Bagley as CFO

Infonic has appointed Matthew Bagley as its new chief financial officer. Prior to joining Infonic, Bagley was the European finance director of IT hardware manufacturer ViewSonic, with responsibility for 14 offices generating US$374m in annual sales across EMEA. Previously, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for nine years, four years of which he was based in the US. Infonic’s chairman, Rob Lowe, commented: “The board and executive team are delighted that Matthew has joined Infonic. It is a sign of the maturity of the business that we have recruited someone of Matthew’s calibre and with his international expertise. The timing of Matthew’s appointment is opportune as Infonic continues to experience rapid growth and needs to respond by stepping up the breadth of its operations.”
