Trayport and ICAP Energy Enter an Extended Three Year Agreement

Trayport has extended its agreement with ICAP Energy for the use of Trayport’s GlobalVision Broker Trading System until at least 2011. ICAP Energy uses the system for broking European OTC energy and related physical and derivatives products. The ICAP Energy agreement continues Trayport’s aim to bring market leading hybrid and electronic trading capabilities to broking markets worldwide. “ICAP believes that the extension of our agreement with Trayport will assist our position in the energy market,” said Paul Newman, managing director of ICAP Energy.
