SIA-SSB Group Makes New Appointments to Senior Management

The SIA-SSB Group has made new appointments within its senior management team. The new appointments are part of the re-organisation phase at SIA-SSB dealing with roles and responsibilities within the group structure.

Gian Bruno Mazzi, currently managing director of SIA-SSB, has also taken on the office of chief executive officer at Kedrios, the group company specialising in back office, administrative outsourcing, reporting and software development services for the financial sector.

Armando Bolzoni has been appointed director of the Capital Markets Business Unit that provides integrated technology solutions to central institutions and intermediaries along the entire value chain (access to telematic markets, trading, operational supervision on financial marketplaces and settlement) according to the new European market directives.

Fabrizio Canedoli, director of group strategy and development at SIA-SSB, has also been appointed chief executive officer of GBC, the Hungarian subsidiary specialising in card processing and ATM/POS terminal management.
