Nucleus Software Automates Loan Process for SMEs at Bank Internasional Indonesia

Nucleus Software Exports has announced that its FinnOne product has gone live at Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) and will power over 235 branches of the bank. The solution’s Customer Acquisition System (CAS) module is designed to automate loan processes for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

BII chose the solution to provide support on customer acquisition for SME so as to increase the applications sourced per day and streamline processes for customers. The solution will also be used to help the bank manage its credit, risk management and SME finance operations across Indonesia and provide greater turnaround time, credit scoring and targeted funding for SMEs.
