HSBC Names William Nowicki Head of Trade and Supply Chain for North America

HSBC has named William Nowicki as executive vice president and head of trade and supply chain for North America. He succeeds James Hogan who has taken another senior management position within HSBC – North America’s Commercial Banking unit. Based in New York City, Nowicki reports to Christopher Davies, senior executive vice president and head of commercial banking for HSBC – North America and functionally to Lawrence Webb, Global Head of Trade Services and Supply Chain. In this role, Nowicki manages a team of bankers serving international corporations with trade and supply chain needs.

Nowak brings to HSBC more than 20 years of trade and supply chain experience. Prior to HSBC, he held a variety of senior positions at Citigroup, Standard Chartered and JP Morgan Chase in New York and Singapore. Most recently, he was global head of trade and client delivery at Citigroup.
