The Association for Financial Professionals Calls for Entries for the 2009 AFP Pinnacle Awards
The Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) invites treasury and finance professionals’ entries for the 2009 AFP Pinnacle Awards, sponsored by Wachovia, a Wells Fargo Company. In their 13th year, the Pinnacle Awards recognise leading treasury and finance solutions in the categories of Innovation, Risk, and Strategy. Past winners have included MasterCard Worldwide, PepsiCo., Inc, and Harley-Davidson Financial Services.
Winners in each category and a grand prize winner will be honored at the 2009 AFP Annual Conference in San Francisco in October. The AFP Annual Conference focuses on putting today’s best thinking into practice and addressing today’s economic and market challenges – for better efficiencies, improved processes and diverse solutions. Pinnacle winners will receive recognition in AFP’s Exchange magazine, reaching over 20,000 of their peers, as well as complimentary registration, lodging, and transportation for two representatives to attend the San Francisco event. The Grand Prize Winner will also receive a US$10,000 honorarium towards its charity of choice.
A panel of treasury and finance judges will evaluate entries and select winners based on originality, innovative technologies, and successful methodologies. Treasury and finance professionals can submit applications at https://www.afponline.org/pinnacle. Entries must be received by 29 May.
