Monrovia Growers Increases Efficiency of Transactional Document Processes

Monrovia Growers, a producer of container grown plants, has selected Bottomline’s document process automation solution to increase the efficiency of customer-facing transactional document processes by transforming Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne output.

“The ways in which we leverage document presentation and messaging as a means to communicate with our customers and business partners significantly influences how we are perceived in the market,” said Norm Groot, vice president of information systems for Monrovia Growers. “With Bottomline’s solution we’ll be able to quickly transform our standard Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne output into high-quality customer-facing documents that create more value for our company and enhance our business relationships.”

Bottomline’s document process automation solutions allow organisations to streamline business processes that rely heavily on paper-based documents. By automating the routing, delivery and storage of transactional documents, such as invoices, payments and purchase orders, organisations can operate more efficiently and cost-effectively.
