Jan Sinclair Appointed Country Manager at SEB in Germany

Jan Sinclair has been appointed country manager in Germany and will commence his new position on 16 May 2009. Sinclair comes from a position as head of the merchant banking division in Germany and has a long background within SEB.

Sinclair joined SEB in 1984 and has held a range of positions mostly within trading and capital markets and in different geographies, including Luxembourg, Germany, Norway and Sweden. His last position before Germany was head of group treasury.

Sinclair succeeds Peter Buschbeck, who has decided to leave SEB and take up a new position outside SEB Group.
