BancTec Launches Consulting Services for Working Capital Management

BancTec has created an independent working capital management and finance transformation advisory service called BancTec Consulting Management Services (CMS). The service will assist clients working to institute treasury, risk management and working capital management best practices.

Michael J. Alfonsi will lead BancTec CMS. Alfonsi has more than 20 years of experience helping companies to improve their treasury, risk management and working capital management efforts. He joins BancTec after eight years as managing director with AnalyticResults.

Prior to his advisory roles, Alfonsi held positions in corporate finance and in banking. He is currently the knowledge content director for the executive education programs in finance and treasury at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill/Kenan-Flagler Business School, the University of California at Berkeley/Haas Business School, and Penn State University/Great Valley.
