Eurobase Insurance Solutions is launching a software development to complement its Synergy underwriting solutions range. iSynergy will enable every user to bring together real-time information that is needed to support their business role on a single screen. This includes users within the organisation and users at trusted third parties, such as brokers and other trading partners.
The new development will change the way in which the insurance and reinsurance sector responds to customer demands and industry trends throughout the distribution chain, improving customer service delivery and boosting revenue opportunities by making insurers and reinsurers easier to do business with.
iSynergy is designed to simplify information retrieval, consolidation and presentation from a myriad of domestic and global system sources, irrespective of where it resides within the global IT infrastructure. This encompasses systems serving insurers, reinsurers, underwriting pools, syndicates, brokers and networks, bureau services, managing general agents (MGAs), consumers, regulators, aggregator sites, placing portals, outsourced service providers, etc.
iSynergy’s smart software recognises users when they log on and automatically populates the system screen with iSynergy components and portlets, as specified in their individual profiles. Each user can mix and match static and real-time displays in line with their professional responsibilities and preferences, moving rapidly from one source to another without the need to log in and out of disparate applications.
