Boise Cascade Promotes Carlile from CFO to CEO
Boise Cascade Holdings has promoted Tom Carlile to the position of chief executive officer (CEO) and a member of the board of directors. Carlile replaces Duane McDougall who has served as CEO and chairman since December 2008. McDougall will remain as chairman of the board.
Carlile has served as chief financial officer (CFO) for Boise Cascade since November 2004 and has worked for Boise Cascade since 1973 in numerous financial and operating positions.
Carlile currently serves on the advisory board of FM Global. He has a BA in accounting from Boise State University and attended the Stanford Executive Programme.
