Wabash National Corporation Appoints CFO
Wabash National Corporation, a manufacturer of semi trailers in North America, has appointed Mark Weber to senior vice president and chief financial officer (CFO), following the resignation of Robert Smith who has served as the organisation’s CFO since June of 2004.
Weber, who joined Wabash National in 2005 as director of internal audit, has also served as director of finance and most recently vice president and corporate controller. Weber has 18 years of finance experience including serving as vice president of finance for Great Lakes Chemical. He attended Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management where he received a MBA and a BSc in Accounting.
