John Brown Named CFO of Bye Aerospace
Bye Aerospace, an aircraft design and engineering outsourcing company, has appointed John Brown as chief financial officer (CFO).
In addition to his duties as CFO, Brown continues to serve as president of Bye Energy, a developer of alternative energy and bio-derived fuel technologies for business and general aviation, and a subsidiary of Bye Aerospace. Brown also oversees all New Mexico business operations for both companies.
Brown, who also serves on the board of directors for the company, has over 30 years of senior management experience in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity investment, and early-stage technology companies. He is a founder of Sandia Capital Partners, a corporate finance advisory and direct investment firm, and was chief operating officer (COO) of PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities. Brown is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has an MBA with Distinction from the University of Michigan.
In addition to Bye Aerospace, Brown is a member of the boards of directors of the Anderson School of Management Foundation, Charter Bank, Sagebrush Technology, and ClingZ.
