Charles Lesser Named CEO of Panglobal Brands
Clothing company Panglobal Brands has appointed Charles Lesser as chief executive officer (CEO), replacing Stephen Soller, who has resigned to pursue other business interests. Lesser was chief financial officer (CFO) since October 2007 and will retain that additional office.
Previously, Lesser was the CFO and a consultant to True Religion Apparel and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guru Denim. While there, he helped grow the jeans manufacturer from a start-up venture to US$140m in sales revenue and to a US$500m market capitalisation.
